Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Since our products are perishable food items (Matcha), we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference (e.g., “I don’t like the taste” or “I ordered the wrong item”).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the product.
We will arrange for a replacement or a refund immediately.
